about

40 years ago, I was writing a lot of music; most was written on a program called Notator using an Atari computer. In June 2023, I got my hands on an Atari, and I brought back to life over two hundred files of music I wrote in my early 20s.

Back then, because of my love of rock and roll, I assumed all good music had percussion and blazing drums. How things change.

What you can hear on this album, titled 1983, is a selection of 10 works that encompass the type of music I was writing in the early 1980s. Many of the pieces I'd totally forgotten, but some have always stayed with me.

I'm so happy that I could recover my lost music. I hope you find something that makes you happy.
