While working on specific projects, I always find myself creating other pieces that have been either lurking in the back of my mind or inspired by the project I'm working on.

All the music on this album has come from this process, some old and some new. Some orchestral, some chamber and the work titled Life is the main theme from a short film I composed the music for of the same name back in 2018.

On track 1, Small Elegy for Charles, you can hear James Monro playing the cello and his brother Alex Monro performing on harp.
